On the morning of July 21st, the opening ceremony of the 17th "Orange Newcomer Training Camp" of Gongjin Electronics was held in Pingshan, Shenzhen. Company leaders Long Xiaojing, Chen Kai, Liu Binbin, as well as heads of business departments, mentor representatives, and all Orange newcomers of the 2025 session, attended the ceremony together.
 
Themed "Innovation and Ambition, Orange Future", this training camp aims to help newcomers integrate quickly and accelerate their growth, injecting new momentum into the company's high-quality development. The video showcasing the style of the "Oranges" of the 2025 session played on site made the participants feel the youthful vitality and career aspirations of the new employees.
 
Chen Kai, General Manager of the Human Resources and Administrative Management Center, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the company. She introduced the company's global manufacturing layout and its core goal of "returning to the billion-yuan mark", emphasizing that while consolidating its existing business, the company is actively expanding into new areas of AI hardware and intelligent computing, and the addition of new talent is crucial. Chen Chenglong, Training Project Manager of Tongwei Training School, introduced the core training program of the training camp, "Orange Plan".
 
The solemn flag handover ceremony was held. The representative of the 16th "Orange" team handed over the flag symbolizing the spirit of progress to the representative of the 17th new team, symbolizing the continuation and inheritance of the spirit of hard work and innovation.
 
Zhu Siyu, the representative of newcomers, delivered a speech on behalf of all "Oranges". Hu Qiao, the representative of business mentors, shared her personal experience and provided suggestions for newcomers to quickly transition from students to professionals. Liu Binbin, the general manager of the product platform, spoke on behalf of the business department.
Long Xiaojing, the Deputy General Manager of the company and Honorary Dean of the Training Academy, delivered a concluding speech. Long Xiaojing emphasized that Gongjin is at the forefront of the communication industry and undertakes the strategic mission of "advancing together in technology, progressing globally, and growing together". It requires a group of professionals who are always evolving, result-oriented, and good at collaboration, using lifelong learning to promote the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and contribute to the national technological self-reliance.
The closing ceremony of the training camp was held on the afternoon of July 25th. "Orange Newcomers" Li Jiajing and Bai Yinting presided over the ceremony. Leaders including Hu Zumin, Chairman of the Company, Long Xiaojing, Vice General Manager and Dean of Tongwei Training School, Chen Kai, General Manager of the Human Resources and Administrative Management Center, Wang Xizhu, Senior Director of the Process and Digitalization Center, Luo Fei, Senior Director of the Quality Management Center, and Jiang Yu, Director of the Pingshan Production Center, as well as outstanding representatives of previous "Orange Newcomers", attended the ceremony together.
The exciting journey of the training camp was reviewed on site through a self-made video by the "Orange Newcomers". The "Oranges" presented carefully choreographed special performances with high spirits and sang the powerful company anthem "Tongwei Workers Have Strength" to mark the new journey in the workplace.

Chen Chenglong, the head teacher of the training camp, summarized and reported on the achievements of the training camp. Xu Nan, Liu Nan, Fan Shanshan, Ou Xianping, Liu Saitong, and Li Quan were awarded the title of "Camp Pacesetter" for their comprehensive performance in course learning, team development, and thematic activities. The second group, "Orange Core Team", won the title of Excellent Team. Long Xiaojing and Hu Zumin presented awards to the individuals and teams respectively.
 
Newcomer representative Mo Lixia shared her growth insights; Xu Nan read aloud "To Myself Three Years Later" to look forward to the future; Yao Bingning, a member of the 2022 "Orange" cohort, shared her transformation journey from ideal to reality and from newcomer to backbone, with the theme of "Myself Three Years Later".
In the "Qinglan Tongxin·Growth Together" mentoring ceremony, Wu Zhengxu and other senior mentors solemnly signed a mutual growth contract with the newcomer representatives. All newcomers recited the apprenticeship oath, bowed, exchanged apprenticeship and return apprenticeship cards, and signed the pledge on the scroll. The mentors and the "Orange Newcomers" will pass on their experience and knowledge to the newcomers, and the newcomers will promote mutual growth with the mentors. Together, they will contribute greater strength to the company's development.
Hu Zumin, the chairman of the company, delivered a closing message. He profoundly analyzed the global status of China's manufacturing industry and clarified the core positioning of Gongjin Electronics. Reflecting on the company's development journey, he used data to confirm its determination to transform and particularly emphasized the company's goal of intelligent manufacturing. Finally, Hu Zumin gave a message to the newcomers: "Being in the manufacturing industry, we need to embrace change with a pragmatic attitude. I hope everyone can become a new force driving the company's transformation in the wave of automation and intelligence."
