On the morning of June 13th, Wang Chuhong, Director of the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Ma Yan, Deputy Director, conducted a field investigation on the skill talent cultivation work at our Pingshan factory. Relevant leaders from the Pingshan District Human Resources Bureau and Long Xiaojing, Vice General Manager of the company, attended the investigation and exchange. The purpose of this investigation is to gain a deeper understanding of the experience in skill talent cultivation of key enterprises and to promote the high-quality development of the city's skill talent team.

Wang Peng, the HR manager of the company's domestic factory, provided a detailed introduction to the research team regarding the company's innovative measures and achievements in skill talent cultivation. The company has innovatively established a "dual-driven" hierarchical training system, utilizing diversified training modes such as "new apprenticeship system in enterprises", "industry-education-evaluation", and "vocational skill level certification". To date, the company has conducted four rounds of apprenticeship training, training 540 students, with 106 currently in training. The company has received a total of over 9.82 million yuan in government training subsidies. Students who pass the assessment and certification can receive a thousand-yuan reward and priority promotion opportunities. This training system has increased the stability rate of skilled workers to 98.4%.
